Walkthrough

1. 1Find the troubled Noble near the southern gate of Hernand City
2. 2he'll ask for your help with the fishing dock
3. 3Open your Dispatch menu then send a Freesword to Nas River Fishing Dock with the 'Goddess of
4. 4Abundance Statue Construction' option
5. 5You'll need three comrades with the Construction skill to start the dispatch
6. 6Wait for the construction to complete — takes 1 day and 12 hours of in-game time
7. 7You can send the dispatch and continue with other quests; the timer runs in the background
8. 8Return to the Noble at Nas River Fishing Dock once the dispatch finishes
9. 9Talk to him to complete the quest and claim your rewards
