- 1Talk to Ronald at Howling Hill camp to receive the request
- 2Ronald needs 5 pieces of timber for a supply board
- 3Exit the camp and find nearby trees
- 4Equip your Logging Axe from inventory
- 5Aim at trees with LB until your reticle appears
- 6Press RB to chop and collect timber from each tree
- 7Gather a total of 5 pieces of timber
- 8Return to Ronald at Howling Hill camp
- 9Hand over the 5 timber pieces to complete the quest
Tips
- Trees are abundant outside the camp — don't worry about finding them
- Use LB to aim and RB to swing the axe at targeted trees
- You can gather timber from the same tree multiple times
- No enemies to fight — purely a resource gathering quest
