Walkthrough
- 1Accept the report from the troubled laborer near Hernand supply carts
- 2Inspect the broken crates and drag marks beside the lower warehouse gate
- 3Follow the trail toward the riverside loading area without leaving the marker
- 4Defeat or evade the thieves guarding the stolen crates at the dock corner
- 5Recover the shipment ledger and marked supply bundle from the stash
- 6Return to the laborer to hand over proof and open the next commission

- Clear nearby enemies first so interaction prompts do not get interrupted
- Loot every thief; one can carry the quest ledger needed for completion
