Walkthrough

1. 1Talk to Andrew at Howling Hill camp near the tent to start the quest
2. 2Follow Naira's dialogue and accept her request to help find a dog
3. 3Travel to Hernand City and head to Renee's Butchery
4. 4Purchase 5 pieces of Lean Meat from Renee (costs 15 coppers each)
5. 5Meet Naira at the town's gate east of the butcher
6. 6Return to Howling Hill with the meat
7. 7Find the dog near Naira and use 'Discard' on the Lean Meat in your inventory
8. 8Feed the dog repeatedly until its trust bar reaches 100%
9. 9Pet the dog to increase trust faster between feedings
10. 10Once trust is maxed, the 'Take In' option appears on the dog
11. 11Select 'Take In' to claim the Brown Dog as your pet

Tips

• Lean Meat is cheap — buy extras at the butcher for future taming needs
• Combine petting and feeding to build trust faster
• Use 'Discard' instead of 'Eat' in your inventory to feed the dog
• The dog's trust resets if you abandon it — stay committed to full 100%
• Once the dog trusts you fully, it becomes a companion with combat benefits
