1. 1Go to Capra Pasture southwest of Hernand City
2. 2Speak with Ibano, the enraged rancher who lost his goats' horns
3. 3Travel east to the marker and defeat three bandits
4. 4Use your Lantern to locate memory fragments at the camp
5. 5Equip Visione helmet to read the 'Hornless Goat' memory fully
6. 6Collect the Mysterious Elixir from the crate as the stolen item
7. 7Return to Ibano at Muckroot Ranch to complete the quest

Tips

• The bandits guard the memory location — defeat them first
• Memory fragments glow blue when illuminated by your Lantern
• The Mysterious Elixir is in a crate next to a white stone marker
• Ibano will initially accuse himself of cutting the horns — listen to the memory
• This quest reveals that the bandits are behind the horn thefts
